If you have a valid HydroGeoSphere license you are eligible for unlimited technical support from our team. Whether you're getting started or working through advanced modelling challenges, we're here to help. Standard technical support topics include basic assistance with feature implementation, troubleshooting of errors and bugs, and access to our monthly software updates. If you have a more advanced request for professional services (e.g. consulting, engineering or software development) we are able to provide advanced technical support for an hourly fee.

Note that the HydroGeoSphere workflow relies on supporting software packages . If your workflow involves partner software such as AlgoMesh or the HydroGeoSphere Interface within GMS, support for those tools is provided directly by their respective developers.
